LuLu Saudi Hypermarkets has signed an MoU with the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Riyadh and Al-Kharj

The agreement pledges LuLu’s support to the Saudi government’s efforts to elevate the quality of living for individuals in the middle and low-income social security category in Al-Kharj and Riyadh, by providing them with an appropriate work environment and by supporting their families.The MoU was signed on Feb. 24, at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, Riyadh, in the presence of Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al-Harbi, director general of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Riyadh, and Bashar Naser Al-Besher, public relations manager, LuLu Saudi Hypermarkets.LuLu Group currently employs more than 3,000 Saudi nationals in its 26 outlets in the Kingdom.“Our Chairman and Managing Director Yusuff Ali M. A. has always asserted that the vision for LuLu Group’s progress must be aligned with the principles of serving the community and the country that it is based in and this MoU is part of achieving that goal,” said Abdullah Hamad Al-Kabbapinh, head of human resources and legal affairs department at LuLu.“We also believe that the youth of Saudi Arabia is well equipped with the power and energy needed for the Kingdom’s future growth and training and employing them will help our group to tap these valuable resources.”
